Jack worked on my house back in June of this year. I had a leak around the chimney stack resulting in rain ingress into my roof space. Jack is clearly well experienced and identified the issue straight away. We agreed a price up front and he managed to schedule me in for the work within a few weeks, between his bigger projects. I found Jack very helpful and polite. He always called me back and kept me in the loop with what was happening. I'm happy to recommend his services.

Even though this was a small job Jack came round quickly to provide a competitive quote, arranged the scaffolding and completed the job all in very good time. He explained what would be required and updated this while he was on site and provided a photo of the completed work as it wasn’t visible from ground level. The repair looks to have been carried out to a high standard and all waste removed. He was always polite and easy to contact through the whole process. I would contact him again for any further work.

I was really impressed by Jack and his team. Somebody had previously attempted to repair the velux and had made a right mess of it! Jack was on it immediately, a day after the initial call he came to inspect it. He ordered the part and the following day came and sorted it whilst tidying up the mess made by the previous company. He even replaced a broken tile on the roof whilst he was here all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Roof had a number of leaks, issues with extension build 8 years earlier. All leaks located and fixed no problems since. Very pleased with the work done and at a fair price. I felt I could totally trust Jack and recommend him.

Leaking roof following heavy rain. Jack quickly identifed the problem and stopped the initial leak until he could return and fix the ongoing problem. Very professional, efficient, and good quality work. Friend and kind person, extremely helpful during a challenging and urgent situation. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Jack was prompt to respond to an urgent issue with our leaking roof, he came out of his way to have a look at the job, was able to see the issue quickly and has resolved the issue to a quality standard within a good timeframe. Scaffold went up, chimney removed the following day and scaffold removed within a few hours. Superb job. All left really neat and tidy and very friendly service. Highly recommend.

Jack and his team did a faultless job replacing the felt and tiles on our Victorian house. They discovered other things that needed redoing on the job and were happy to fix those for us in the process. We always felt we were in good hands throughout. Jack was honest, hugely knowledgeable and hardworking. The job has been finished for a year now and we’ve had no problems at all. Completely watertight. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Jack was recommended by a friend after he did similar work on his house. I had a victorian mid-terrance and the roof on the kitchen extension was at the end of it’s life. Jack quoted competitively, did the work at the agreed time, on budget and it was a tidy job. He was ver friendly, replied quickly to queries via Whatsapp. Very smooth experience. After that, we had Jack back a few months later to help trace leaks in a different part of the house, again comms were excellent and Jack was really quick to come round, squeezing us in after hours to help fix things. Will use him again!

Complete redo of two flat roofs on extension done by builder previously. We have had water pouring into our house causing internal damage to two rooms. The roofs were full of holes and covered in mastic and ere definitley not done by a roofer! Jack and his team have done a SUPERB job, the way it should be done!
