    Jack worked on my house back in June of this year. I had a leak around the chimney stack resulting in rain ingress into my roof space. Jack is clearly well experienced and identified the issue straight away. We agreed a price up front and he managed to schedule me in for the work within a few weeks, between his bigger projects. I found Jack very helpful and polite. He always called me back and kept me in the loop with what was happening. I'm happy to recommend his services.

    Even though this was a small job Jack came round quickly to provide a competitive quote, arranged the scaffolding and completed the job all in very good time. He explained what would be required and updated this while he was on site and provided a photo of the completed work as it wasn’t visible from ground level. The repair looks to have been carried out to a high standard and all waste removed. He was always polite and easy to contact through the whole process. I would contact him again for any further work.

    I was really impressed by Jack and his team. Somebody had previously attempted to repair the velux and had made a right mess of it! Jack was on it immediately, a day after the initial call he came to inspect it. He ordered the part and the following day came and sorted it whilst tidying up the mess made by the previous company. He even replaced a broken tile on the roof whilst he was here all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
